Terms of Payment
Subject to credit approval by Dyna Engineering Ltd., standard terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Due to the length of the credit approval process, payment for initial orders by cash, credit card or C.O.D. is recommended to ensure timely delivery. Visa, MasterCard, and debit are accepted.

Overdue invoices are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge (26.82% per annum). Orders received from overdue accounts may not be processed until existing overdue balances and all accrued interest are paid. Overdue accounts are also responsible for all collection, court, legal and attorney fees.

*Credit approval and monthly interest charges on overdue invoices may not apply to governmental agencies.

Receipt of Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order, please check all items carefully. Check for any item:

1) Not received when checked against our packing list

2) Showing evidence of damage or manufacturer's defect

If there are packages missing or if the packages show evidence of damage during transport, note them in writing on the carrier's copy of the delivery ticket and also on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the discrepancy and notify us within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Should you discover any hidden damage after delivery, please contact us immediately. Claims will be handled by Dyna Engineering Ltd. for all prepaid shipments. Claims will be handled by the customer for all collect shipments.

Claimed amounts for loss or damage must not be deducted from our invoice. All invoices must be paid in full or may be considered an overdue invoice. If a claim for loss or damage has been approved by Dyna Engineering Ltd. then we will issue a cheque or credit for the approved amount.

Return Authorization
There is a thirty (30) day limit on returns. No merchandise may be returned without authorization. Should a return be authorized, the merchandise must be carefully packaged to ensure that it reaches us in new condition. Credit may not be given for merchandise returned in damaged condition due to negligence on the part of the customer. A restocking charge may be applicable depending on the situation. In some instances, custom and non-stocking items may not be returned.

All credits for the returned merchandise will be given after we have received and verified the quantity and condition of the goods.

We stand behind our products. We warranty any manufacturer's defects found within one (1) year after receipt of your order. A manufacturer's defect is defined as any defect at the fault of the manufacturer which makes the product unusable for the intended purpose.

All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Limited Liability
Under no circumstances will Dyna Engineering Ltd. be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (b) loss of business; (c) loss of opportunity; (d) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (e) losses suffered by third parties; or (f) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of regardless of the form of action.
