Company Profile 1. Introduction Dyna Engineering( Thailand ), Co.,Ltd was established in 1994. The address is 126/718 Moo 5 Soi Sukhaprachasan, Tivanon Road , Pakkred sub-district, Pakkred district, Nonthaburi 11120. The company is in the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises ) group, running the business of selling and producing the supporting parts of machines to be used in industries.
2. Product and Services
2.1 Products Services of the company is on selling products with technical consultation, so that customers can apply and use products efficiently. Moreover, the company also provides after sale service. Products sale are parts of machines used in industries for producing equipments and maintenance (standard and special order) including consumption materials for machines such as bearings, geared motors, chains, valves, pumps, belts, pneumatic equipment etc.
2.2 Services (a) producing parts, based on purchasing orders as follows: - grinding parts by convention machine or CNC –LATHE - milling parts – by convention machine or Machining Center - grinding parts (plate form) by convention machine or CNC Grinding parts (round hole) by CNC or semi automatic internal grinder (b) producing specific parts, which required special skill such as carbide, H.S.S. cutting tools, insert punch& die, pin gage, measuring gage , collet chuck, tooling jig fixture, CNC wire cut, CNC EDM (c) design, produce and install various systems to be used in factories such as piping, lubricating, isolating and hydro-pneumatics systems.
3. Customers Our customers are groups of manufacturers, comprising of tire industry, food & beverage industries, pulp and paper, cement, ceramic, packing, transportation, and depot.
4. Organization & Management The company has it own factory which enable to produce the products as desire by customers, in both quality and delivery time. The company has employed an industrial engineering expert who has long experience in this business to establish the procedure on production, management and quality control. This starts from purchasing order, materials incomings and stocks, material utilized, especially quality control in every step of production, outgoings, packaging, inventory and delivery. These mentioned procedures are widely used in many manufacturers, in Thailand and other countries.
In the area of management, the company has introduced information technology (IT) to record information and filing system. This starts from acceptance of customer's requirement, quotation, confirmation of quotation and ordering, purchasing order, producing order, delivery from supplier, inspection and products delivery. Every step of activities can be monitored by our computer network systems. So that the record of problems and lesson learned will be used to find solutions in the future. In addition, we use IT to provide more channels to communicate with our customers (expansion from legacy system of telephone and facsimile; i.e. e-mail and website). While using IT, we also pay attention to information securities by keeping our information in the intranet, separating from the internet system. These are in line with the measurement of security control, defined by the ministry of information technology and communication of Thailand . Our staff consists of 39 persons. They are 8 in the team of executive/advisory, finance and administration, 3 sale engineers, 2 sale technicians, 5 customer supporters and 22 technicians in the factory.
